This Privacy Policy explains, in plain language, how Humanix AI Humanizer handles your information when you use our app to give AI-generated text a more natural voice. Humanix AI Humanizer is both the name of the app and the developer responsible for it, so when we say "we" or "us," that is who we mean. There is no sign-in and no account to create. You open the app, paste your draft, and get on with your writing. We have tried to keep this short and honest.

The short version

We do not ask for your name, email address, or a password, because the app has no user accounts. To rephrase your text, we need to receive the text itself. Your purchases are handled by Apple. We use Adapty to check whether your subscription is active and to understand, in aggregate, how subscriptions are performing. The rest of this policy explains each of these points in more detail.

What we collect, and what we don't

What we handle: the text you choose to submit for rephrasing, along with the rewritten result we send back to you. If you subscribe, we also receive subscription-related information, such as whether a subscription is active and which plan you chose. This information comes through Apple and Adapty, not from you directly. What we don't collect: account details, because there are no accounts. We also don't ask for your contacts, photos, or precise location. Please think about what you paste into the app. If your text contains personal or sensitive details about you or anyone else, that content will be sent for processing along with the rest of your draft.

Where your text goes when you tap rephrase

When you ask the app to smooth out robotic-sounding sentences or refine a draft, your text is sent to our own backend servers, which we operate for Humanix AI Humanizer. That is where the rephrasing happens. The result is then sent back to your device. We use your submitted text to provide the rewriting you asked for and to keep the service running properly. We do not sell it.

The outside services involved

We rely on two third parties. Apple App Store: Apple distributes the app and processes all payments through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple handles your payment details under its own privacy policy, and we never see your card information. Adapty: if you purchase a subscription, Adapty helps us confirm your subscription status so the right features unlock. It also provides subscription analytics, such as trial starts, renewals, and cancellations. Adapty processes this information under its own privacy terms. Payments and subscriptions

Every purchase and subscription in Humanix AI Humanizer goes through Apple. Apple takes care of billing, renewals, and refunds. We receive confirmation of your subscription status, mainly through Adapty, so the app knows what you have access to. We do not receive or store your full payment details.

How long we keep things

We keep submitted text and generated results only as long as we reasonably need them to deliver the rephrasing and operate the service. Subscription status information is kept for as long as it is needed to manage your access and to meet our legitimate business and legal needs. Information held by Apple or Adapty is retained according to their own policies.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we hold that relates to you, and you can ask us to delete it. Because the app has no accounts, we may need some help from you to locate the relevant information, such as details about when you used the app or your purchase. Where we can reasonably identify it, we will act on your request. For anything held by Apple, such as purchase history, you can also use Apple's own privacy tools. To stop future data from reaching us, simply stop using the app and cancel any active subscription in your Apple ID settings.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this policy and revise the effective date below. If you keep using the app after an update, the revised policy applies from then on.
