Welcome to Humanix AI Humanizer. These Terms of Use set out the ground rules for using the app. They cover what you can do with it, how subscriptions work, and where our responsibilities begin and end. The app is provided by Humanix AI Humanizer. We have written these terms in plain English, but they are still a binding agreement, so please give them a read.

Using the app means agreeing to these terms

By downloading, opening, or using Humanix AI Humanizer, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What the app is for

Humanix AI Humanizer is a writing aid. It helps you rephrase stiff wording, smooth robotic-sounding sentences, and refine drafts so they read more naturally. It is a polishing tool, not a guarantee. We do not promise any particular outcome. For example, we do not promise that results will be judged a certain way by readers, teachers, employers, or any detection tool. You remain responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding how to use anything the app produces.

Your licence to use Humanix AI Humanizer

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control. This licence is subject to these terms and to Apple's usage rules. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the app. You may not reverse engineer it or try to extract its source code, except where the law expressly allows it. You may not try to get around any feature limits or subscription checks.

Using it fairly

Please use the app responsibly and lawfully. Do not use it to create or spread content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or deceptive, or that infringes anyone else's rights. Do not use it in ways that break the rules of your school, workplace, or publisher, such as academic integrity or disclosure policies. Do not try to overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to our backend or systems. We may suspend or limit access if the app is being misused.

Subscriptions, billing, and cancelling

Paid features are sold through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple handles all billing. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its own policies. Prices and plan details are shown in the app and on the App Store before you buy.

Who owns what

The app belongs to Humanix AI Humanizer. That includes its design, software, branding, and content, apart from your text. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the app to you. Your writing stays yours. You keep whatever rights you have in the text you submit. Between you and us, you may use the rephrased output as you see fit, subject to these terms and the law. You give us permission to process your submitted text only as needed to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please only submit text you have the right to use.

No guarantees

The app is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. This includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. AI-assisted rewriting can sometimes change meaning, introduce errors, or produce wording you would not choose. Always check the output before relying on it. We also cannot promise the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Humanix AI Humanizer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nor will we be liable for any loss of data, reputation, grades, opportunities, or profits arising from your use of the app or its output. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app or subscription in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Updates to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date below. If you continue to use the app after changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.
